Exclusive collaboration with HR Higgins

£1 per hot drink to CentrePoint

Exclusive collaboration with HR Higgins

The McBridge Foundation is proud to announce our collaboration with HR Higgins, the Royal Warrant Holder for Coffee to the British Royal Family, to raise funds for CentrePoint. On Saturday 06-May, for every coffee purchased, HR Higgins will donate £1 to CentrePoint, a charity that aims to end youth homelessness in the UK. As part of our #McBridgeCharity initiative, we have selected CentrePoint as one of the beneficiaries of our fundraising efforts to help close the gap for those who cannot afford to live in London and are increasingly being left behind. We are thrilled to support CentrePoint, which has a strong link with the Royal Family, with HRH the Prince of Wales as its patron, and we hope to make a significant impact in the fight against youth homelessness.

McBridge Foundation

granded Charity Status

McBridge Foundation

After 10 months of planning, I’m very proud to announce that the McBridge Foundation has been approved by the UK Charity Commission as an official grant giving charity.

As a Londoner at heart, I can’t accept the widening gap between those who can afford the rich opportunities of this great city and those who are increasingly left behind. The main objective of the McBridge Foundation is to bridge this gap by focusing on the prevention and relief of poverty. This also involves the advancement of education, supporting arts & culture and protecting the environment. The McBridge foundation will cooperate with charities and projects which provide efficient solutions for these pressing issues by giving grants to support their work.

McBridge Charity Dinner

Raised £700

McBridge Charity Dinner

McBridge Charity Dinner raised £700

After three months of planning we were able to host the first McBridge Charity Dinner. We’re pleased to report that this raised £700 for CentrePoint.

A huge thank you to the extraordinary team of the McBridge Foundation and the fantastic Michelin Star restaurant L’Escargot in Soho for making this event happen. However, an even bigger thank you is reserved for the many people who participated in the charity auction and donated in such a generous way.

Ever since CentrePoint was founded in 1969 they have focused on improving the lives of homeless people. This charity is providing housing, health, learning and sport opportunities which helps young children to move on from difficulties and have a fair chance at participating in the great opportunities London has to offer.

We’re confident that this is only the beginning of a great tradition, and that in the future many more magnificent restaurants will participate.

Thank you everyone for the help and support to close the gap between those who have the opportunities to enjoy all the best parts of London and those that are still left behind.

Charity Dinner for CentrePoint

Give young people a fair & open future

Charity Dinner for CentrePoint

I’m a believer in supporting an extraordinary charity by treating yourself to a great evening. Therefore I’m very proud to announce a collaboration with the one Michelin star restaurant L’Escargot in Soho and the McBridge Foundation to raise money for CentrePoint, the homeless youth charity supported by HRH Prince William.

Please join me on Tuesday the first of October to enjoy a great three course meal, including wine and coffee, to help raise money and awareness for CentrePoint’s mission. Every pound helps to close the gap between rich and poor, and will help to give young people a fair and open future.

Thank you very much for all your support!

McBridge for Centrepoint

Support to homeless people aged 16-25

McBridge for Centrepoint

Since 2000 I’ve been inspired by London as an open city. The city offers the perfect blend of old & new, innovation & tradition. However, regrettably, I have also witnessed the growing divide between those who can afford London and those who do not have the opportunity to participate in what the city has to offer. This is especially evident in the growing number of young homeless people. With this in mind, I am using my Instagram influence to fundraise money for Centrepoint, a charity which provides accommodation and support to homeless people aged 16 to 25.
During the next 6 months, I will promote different activities and fundraising events to collect money for Centrepoint.
I first came across the charity through my fascination with the Royal Family. Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, has been a patron of the organization since 2005. His mother Diana, the late Princess of Wales, was a patron of the organization.
Every penny helps to close the gap between rich and poor, and will help to give young people a fair and open future.
